Enteritis caused by fat acidity

Enteritis caused by fat acidity: An excess of fat rancidity in the diet can cause enteritis due to irritation by contact with rancid fat and makes birds prone to suffering from secondary infections or compromise nutrient absorption. Rancidity is measured by free fatty acids, which, when above 15%, cause these lesions.
